Anchovy and butter crostini
Slices of homemade bread, or even rye bread if you like
Anchovy fillets
Butter at room temperature
Lemon peel
Herbs
Pepper
Soften the butter by keeping it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Beat it with your chosen herbs, the lemon peel and a pinch of pepper.
Toast the bread and spread the butter over it while it is still hot. Finish with anchovy fillets, herbs and a final grating of lemon peel.
